What we collect

When a store installs Roastery.ops we store: the shop domain and an access token; products, variants and inventory levels; order ids, line items and quantities to adjust stock; company and company-location names for standing orders and account holds; and settings you enter. We do not store customer names, emails, addresses or payment details.

How we use it

Only to run the app for your store: stock and recipe calculations, standing-order drafts, delivery options and account holds. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

Data is hosted with our cloud provider. If you connect Klaviyo, Unleashed or Katana, we send or fetch only the data needed for that connection, using keys you supply.

Retention and deletion

On uninstall we revoke access immediately. When Shopify sends its shop-erasure request (48 hours after uninstall) we delete all of the store's data. Customer erasure requests remove any records tied to the listed orders.
